Nutrition is key to better health and performance. What you put into your body greatly effects how you look, feel and perform. No matter how often and/or hard you train, without proper nutrition; you will struggle to reach your full potential. You can’t expect to set PRs or look good in that new bikini, if you are constantly feeding your body junk.
So to put you on the path to looking good and feeling better, we will be hosting a nutrition seminar on June 14th. In this 60 minute, seminar we will break nutrition down into 4 different levels based on fitness goals and lifestyle. The seminar will start at 9:30am, following our “Outside The Box” workout.
