Our 8-Week Olympic Weightlifting Program is for athletes looking to become more comfortable and consistent with their lifts. The program will first cover the fundamentals, like grip, footwork and position and then move into working on proper form by using various supplemental movements, and finally build consistency.
Our 8-Week Endurance Program will focus on improving an athlete’s aerobic capacity (the body’s ability to take in and use oxygen) and overall endurance. Workouts will be built around run and/or row intervals of varying intensity levels and rest periods. We will utilize the local high school track whenever the weather permits and move inside the gym to utilize the rowers when the weather doesn’t allow us to be outside.
Junior Wranglers (Ages 6-11 Years Old)
Our “Junior Wranglers” fitness program is designed to introduce your kids to the joys of fitness in a safe, low-pressure, fun-filled environment. By introducing them to basic bodyweight movements, age-appropriate skills and loads, we get them moving, improve coordination and build confidence. They will learn the importance of a fit and active lifestyle, while forging new friendships and having fun.
Varsity Wranglers (Ages 12-16 Years Old)
Our “Varsity Wranglers” program combines age-appropriate weightlifting loads with basic gymnastic movements and various aerobic exercises to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as establish a lifetime love of fitness. It can be used as a stand-alone strength and conditioning program or additional training to supplement their sport specific training. The program will not only build physical strength but also mental strength by boosting self-esteem and confidence.
